Volt Technical Resources, the primary recruiting partner for 2Wire in Tempe(near Priest and Elliot) is seeking qualified Technical Support Representatives!
Level 1 and Level 2 Techs receive inbound calls at our client’s state of the art support center in Tempe, where they provide customers technical assistance setting up their home networks and accessing the Internet. Unlike other Technical Support positions, there is absolutely no selling, no upgrading services, and no quotas involved. All internal positions are posted so all our employees are given the first opportunity to apply. Many of our agents have moved into positions such as Quality Assurance Engineers, Systems Engineers, Systems Administrators, Product Trainers and Team Supervisors.

VR Application Developer – ACD, IVR, CTI, Call Routing

Description:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated IVR Application Developer/Engineer to be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of IVR solutions. The ideal individual will possess the following skills:

4-6 years experience developing IVR solutions for Nortel*s Media Processing Server 1000 (MPS 1000).

Advanced knowledge of CTI, IVR, call recording and workforce management technologies.

Communication, organization skills, time management, demonstrated leadership skills, coaching and development, conflict resolution
Supports 3 Nortel MPS 1000 Systems in 3 Locations. Each site is comprised of 2 Unique MPS 1000 Systems of 192 ports.

Develop new IVR flows and applications as well as maintain existing flows and applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise in the IVR applications and flows.

In the event of a failure across all platforms, direct call traffic directly to the customer*s front line Call Center based on Published Toll Free directory.

Prepares cost and time estimates for customer requested changes and new application development.

Works with the assigned project manager to prepare project plans and contingency plans, and monitor and controls project activities against these plans.

Provide implementation and operation alongside other internal Nortel IVR Engineers and 3rd party vendors performing IVR development
This person will be onsite in the Verizon Business facility in Phoenix, AZ and will interface with management and support personnel in Sacramento, CA.

This person will also be working with other Verizon Business personnel in Southfield MI and will be required to make onsite visits to meet with the customer when required (approximately quarterly).
A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a directly related field from an accredited college or university.

Other combinations of education and experience that could provide the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job may be considered.

Customer Service Representative (Phoenix)
Job Description:
LogistiCare is the nation’s leading organization specializing in the management of healthcare transportation benefits. LogistiCare’s client base consists of state and local government agencies (Medicaid agencies, transit authorities, school boards), managed care organizations and hospitals. LogistiCare does not own any transportation vehicles. We are seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our operations center in Phoenix, AZ. Shifts will be between the hours of 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Candidates must be available to work holidays and occasional weekend work may be required.

Primary job duties of the CSR include providing superior customer service to clients, efficient and accurate entering of all customer service requests into LogistiCare’s data management system, perform all gatekeeping functions related to trip authorization, document and resolve complaints and issues.

Required Skills: Education:
  • Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED

    Experience:

  • Prior in-bound Call Center experience and/or prior customer service experience with heavy phone volume and data entry required

    Skills:

  • Ability to accurately type 35+ corrected words per minute, and ability to work independently or with a team a must.
