6 Part-time Collectors needed in North Scottsdale for Commercial Banking Company
Responsibilities:
Inbound Collection activity of delinquent accounts through predictive dialer. Bring delinquent accounts to resolution while providing excellent customer service. Assure compliance of all collection laws and regulations. Input data entry information, send letters and make quality collection calls in a timely manner.
Hours per Week: 24
Work Schedule: Monday -Thursday from 5PM – 9PM and Saturday from 6AM – 2:30PM OR Sunday 11:30AM – 8PM.

Telecom Engineer (Avaya PBX, NICE Recording Systems) (Scottsdale, AZ) is responsible for the planning, design, acquisition and implementation of the company’s voice communications system. Telecom Engineer (Avaya PBX, NICE Recording Systems) evaluates company requirements to determine the correct path for branch and home office phone systems. Telecom Engineer (Avaya PBX, NICE Recording Systems) is responsible for voice project planning, cost analysis, vendor comparisons including telecommunications, and product testing; performs traffic study analysis to determine best configuration of systems.
Telecom Engineer (Avaya PBX, NICE Recording Systems) works on complex problems where analysis of situation in voice and/or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Telecom Engineer (Avaya PBX, NICE Recording Systems) exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results.
Telecom Engineer (Avaya PBX, NICE Recording Systems) must be proficient in Avaya phone and NICE recording systems. The engineer should be able to configure call center groups, create reports for end users and order/terminate T1’s, PRI’s and DS3’s for voice services. Telecom Engineer (Avaya PBX, NICE Recording Systems) must have a complete understanding of CMAPI and CTI integration. Telecom Engineer must have experience in VOIP.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, test and implement new voice solutions that benefit Scottrade infrastructure
- Administers the Avaya phone switch and all voice and data connections within Scottrade, including moves, adds, changes and troubleshooting for all of those systems.
- Orders, installs, and maintains telephone, voicemail equipment and NICE voice recording systems.
- Act as backup/assist data Network Engineer as necessary.
- Some after hours work may be required to meet customer requirements/commitments.
- Interact with all recording and voice vendors to insure adequate service, support, and maintenance, including voice recording equipment.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to insure non-interruption of service. Report any performance issues to Management, Director of Network Services or the CIO.
- Act as a liaison with other departments and organizations. This would include issues involving proper system use, special requirements, and/or training needs.
- Troubleshoot recording and voice problems. Repair, reconfigure and test equipment as needed. Install and maintain computer network communications devices (recorders, modems, phone systems, phones, routers and switches,).
- Add and Remove users from branch recording systems as branch employees are hired and terminated.
- Monitor and Maintain branch and home office recording equipment to insure non-interruption of service.
- Coordinate new branch openings and branch moves with appropriate vendors.
- Other projects/duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Detailed knowledge and experience with Avaya and NICE Recording Systems.
- Detailed knowledge of the planning, design, acquisition, implementation and support of voice communications systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service skills. Analytical skills. Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information to others.
- Ability to use telecom wiring tools and test equipment to perform cross connects and troubleshooting.
- Ability to set up telecom closets.
Experience Required
- 4+ years experience with Avaya PBX, NICE Recording Systems required.
- 4+ years experience with voice/data cabling including Cat6 and knowledge of cabling color codes.
- 4+ years experience in telecommunications with Avaya 650 and 350 models as well as the 8710 platform and lucent partner Key systems.
- 4+ years experience with NICE and/or MERCOM voice recording systems.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Network support experience desirable.
- Knowledge of Cisco network equipment desirable.
Required Education
- 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
