There are several of them operating out of there even though they might not come to notice. This is because they are deliberately kept out of the public eye. You might wonder why?
The reason is that the people working there are working solely with the purpose of satisfying queries, demands and even complaints from their customers virtually i.e. by phone, fax and email. They are not meant to be physical addresses and not meant to deal with people in person. They are operation facilities that contain a lot of sensitive data in the client database as well as sensitive information about the company itself.
For example, the call center for a major banking corporation will have access to accounts of the customers and other sensitive financial data that is meant to assist the clients when they call.
For this reason, they are not kept in limelight and are most of the time secured facilities where you cannot enter past the main door without a security card.
So in order to facilitate getting a job with any of these call centers, use the following guidelines.
1) The first point of contact is the simplest one. Find their websites and visit it. Look for a link to their job opening section. This will probably read as ‘ Careers, Jobs With US, We Are Hiring..’ or something similar. These are usually located at the bottom of the page. Incase they are not, check to see if the site has a search feature. If it does, type the ‘job openings’ or something similar. See if a page with job openings or an Human Resource contact page shows in the result.
2) If you were not able to find an Employment Page for a call center job opening on the website of the company check the phonebook for the company name. Many corporations do not list jobs on their websites even though there are a lot of openings around. Find a phone number for the administrative office and make the call regarding your query. Ask about the address of the call center in the area that you are looking to work and get the address. You can also ask if there is a number for the human resource department that handles new applications.
3) A lot of call centers have a human resource department which handles employment. They have a fixed procedure as to accepting new applications. You might in all probability be required to send in a resume first. Some call centers like to meet the candidates personally after getting brief information over the phone.
US Airways
The US Airways (formerly America West) Phoenix Reservations Center is located at 8140 S. Hardy in Tempe, and those Reservation Agents handle all the airline’s incoming calls. The call center is located near Sky Harbor International Airport at 1825 E. Buckeye Road in Phoenix. At the Career section of the Bank of America Web site, submit your resume, and mention at the beginning that it is for the Credit Card Center.
Best Western International
You can apply online to be a Reservation Specialist for this large hotel chain. The main Reservations Center is located in North Phoenix near I-17 and 101.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona
Blue Cross Blue Shield customers get their questions answered by Customer Service agents who answer phones at a call center at 2444 W. Las Palmaritas Drive in Phoenix. To apply for a position there, you must go to the Human Resources office located at 8220 North 23rd Avenue.
Charles Schwab and Co.
The Customer Service Center for Schwab financial services clients is located in Phoenix at 2423 E. Lincoln Drive.
Dillard’s National Bank
Dillard’s National Bank handles credit card operations for the Dillard’s Department stores. The Call Center is located at 396 N. William Dillard Drive in Gilbert. You can apply for call center positions online.

Discover Card is one of the nation’s largest credit card issuers. Customer service agents and collection specialists are located at their Call Center at 2402 West Beardsley Road in North Phoenix.
Toyota Financial Services
Located in Chandler at 3200 W. Ray Road, Toyota Financial Services provides auto loans and leases for car buyers. Their call center positions are mostly Collections Customer Service Representatives.
